Make the breadcrumbs display more responsive - show more breadcrumbs if there is room

      In Confluence 3.5.x, the breadcrumbs look like this:

      Notice that the parent (page "Interships") is shown in the breadcrumbs.

      However, in Confluence 4.3 and above, the parent is not shown:

      It would be great to have the parent of the current page shown for easier navigation
