Confluence should differentiate between read-only groups and managed groups

      With a few hundred LDAP groups, the existing pager beocomes a cumbersome behemoth to negotiate. Confluence should differentiate between read-only groups (which are interesting but sometimes I don't care about), I cannot just skip to confluence managed groups.
