attachments that have "+" in their names are sometimes not found by confluence

    • Environment:

      RHEL6 server, MySQL DB.

      Although the + sign is replaced with %2B, I still get a "Page Not Found" page.
      After renaming the attachment and removing the + sign all seems to work well.
