Only create an entry in the People Directory for users who can access the application.

      Currently every user in a Crowd directory is synced into Confluence, regardless of whether they can access the application or not. Because of the changes made in CONF-6404 this will now create a People Directory entry for each of these users, despite them not being able to access the application.

            [CONFSERVER-27855] Only create an entry in the People Directory for users who can access the application.

            Thanks for raising this issue. Because this is only a minor issue which has had very little attention since it was first raised I'm going to close this out as won't fix. Unfortunately we have a large number of issues to work through and realistically we won't be able to address this for some time.
