Add a 'paste without formatting' button to the Editor Toolbar

      'paste without formatting' is available in all OS's as a keyboard shortcut but not everyone knows about it. You can also paste into the 'insert wiki markup' dialog to remove formatting from the content on the clipboard.

      To aid people who want to paste content they've copied from elsewhere as plain text into the editor we need to make the ability more discoverable.

            It's a must-have feature. Didn't expect that CTRL + SHIFT + V doesn't work.

            The lack of feature is really annoying as I currently have to past into a text editor first to remove the formatting. Just add Ctrl-Shift-V.

            I was using Confluence 5 years ago when this was an annoyance to me and many other people on the team. Now I'm using it again 5 years later in a different team and the feature is still being missed a lot.
