Provide The Ability to Hide User That Never Log-in to Confluence from People Directory

    • We collect Confluence feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

In order to fix this bug, Confluence copied over all user to USERINFO during the upgrade process.

However this process will cause Confluence to display every single user registered into its "People Directory". This may not be a good solution for customers that retrieve all users from LDAP but does not provide the permission to login to Confluence, hence inactive or unlicensed user.

It would be great if Confluence is able to hide those user to ensure that People Directory only display valid user
