    • We collect Confluence feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

Allow admins to update multiple pages in bulk. Actions include:

      • modify permissions
      • add/remove labels
      • delete pages

Hello, I desperately need this option. Especially delete.  Hey Atlassian, hate to tell you this but you are OLD! We've been using Confluence for 10 years.  One of our spaces has over 24,000 PAGES!!!!! And now we are migrating to the cloud. Most of these pages were created using live templates with in 1 space.  Frequently when a page is created from a template, that new page is stored under a parent page.  Now we have some parent pages with 5000!!! child pages.  NOW>>>> we want to migrate.  And we only want to bring over 200 of the 5k child pages.  And there is the problem... you can NOT random select (checkbox) or more preferably by create or last modified date.   We are now force to migrate 24k pages!! Come on my friends.  Please get me a solution!!  And Yes, I'll be facing the same problem in cloud. Because there is NO bulk delete there either.  Ugh.  Very frustrating.

Mindtouch wiki can do this. It can also nest Spaces. It also keeps links alive so that both old and new URLs work when pages are moved. Bummed that my company switched to Confluence.

The more pages, sections, etc. I add to the Spaces I manage, the more I know I need this ability.

This issue is the best summary (out of all related) of what I wish I could do in Confluence.

I know it isn't glamorous and won't make the top of the blog, but let's face it... if we're giving humans the tools to make things, then we have to also provide tools for cleaning those things up.

            Jus sayin'

And also be able to set/edit permissions for a bunch of pages (all those with a given label, for example)

I think this should be removed, as the "duplicates" are more detailed and relate to different functionality.

Think a lot of these are already covered in feature requests in JAC...
            Thoughts?
