In the current implementation of Confluence indexing process, it will not indexed Confluence users that have not log-in into Confluence yet. This will result to the following issues:
- User is not searchable
- User won't be suggested by the Auto-Suggest feature
The above issues would cause misleading information for customers, They might think that the users are not exist which is not correct. The second issue is worse as users won't be able to mentioned any user that is not suggested, hence any users that have not log-in into Confluence are unable to be mentioned.
