Bottom bar of editor disappears when editing table in IE if jira connector plugin is disabled

      If jira connector plugin is disabled, the bottom bar of editor (where "Save" and "Preview" buttons are located) is shown half in IE and it disappears when editing a table.

      Occurs in IE 8 and 9

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Confluence Admin > Plugins > Show System Plugins
      2. Disable jira-connector plugin
      3. Go to any page to edit. Notice that the bottom bar is shown almost half
      4. Create a table with some rows and click on the table. The bottom bar disappears

      Workaround
      Enable the jira-connector bundled plugin

            Confluence Version 5.5 is also being effected by this bug. I looked into the recommended solution, Enable the jira-connector bundled plugin, and that is not the issue seeing that it is not a plugin option for our Confluence. Any definite solution?

            This issue affects us with Confluence 5.1.5 and IE10. I had a really hard time to figure this out...

            Thanks for taking the time to raise this issue. As you are no doubt aware this issue has been on our backlog now for some time with no progress having been made. Rather than leave this here I'm going to close it out as won't fix, I believe that this better reflects the status of the issue.
