Automatic draft saving stops working when jira-connector com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.jira.jira-connector plugin is disabled

Steps to reproduce

1. Disable jira-connector (com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.jira.jira-connector) plugin
2. Create/edit a page. Wait for the regular intervals, the automatic draft saving is not working at all.

Findings

Monitorin the http activity through Chrome's developer tools or Firefox's firebug network panel, after certain intervals, the following requests are triggered:

http://Confluence-URL/rest/tinymce/1/drafts	POST
http://Confluence-URL/json/startheartbeatactivity.action	POST
http://Confluence-URL/rest/mywork/latest/status/notification/count	GET

Expected behavior

Since the plugin seems to have nothing to do with Draft Saving, the draft should remains working as is.
