Help tips overlap essential part of the Scheduled Jobs dialog

The "Help tips" box overlaps important parts of the "Scheduled Jobs" dialog so that links are inaccessible. If the user does not have a large monitor, he can't work around this. Verified with Chrome, Firefox, MSIE.

This problem also affects other parts of the Admin UI like Content Indexing, etc. A possible solution would be to have the ability to hide this box completely.

Another workaround is just resizing font size, using Ctrl + or - (Firefox)

Nasty workaround is to copy paste the table (selecting from the bottom right corner) into a text editor, or removing the help tip element from Firebug/Developer tools.
