Help Tips Cover Important Links on 'Scheduled Jobs' page

If we are using a small or narrow monitor, the tool tips box can cover important links on the scheduled jobs page of the administrative screens. For an example, please see the attached screen shot.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Confluence admin -> scheduled jobs
2. Adjust the width of the browser to be narrower until the tool tips being to go over other text on the page

Workaround
Expand the width of the browser

This occurs in Chrome Version 30.0.1599.101 as well as Safari Version 6.0.5 (8536.30.1). Also, this issue was identified and marked resolved in earlier versions of Confluence but appears to have returned so I have created this new report which links to the original reports as well.
