[Regression] contentbylabel macro does not sort ASCII characters properly

This is a regression for CONF-23149, occurring in 4.2.x. The Content by Label macro does not sort ASCII characters properly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create three new pages with the following titles, each labeled as umlaut:
   • "Ü - Pagetitle beginning with Ü"
   • "T - Pagetitle beginning with T"
   • "V - Pagetitle beginning with V"
2. Create another new page titled "Test Macro" and add "Content by Label" macro. Type "umlaut" as the label and sort it by "title"

By viewing the page "Test Macro", the macro displays the page "Ü - Pagetitle beginning with Ü" at the bottom of the list. The correct sorting for this macro should be in the middle of the list (i.e. the page "Ü - Pagetitle beginning with Ü" would be between "T - Pagetitle beginning with T" and "V - Pagetitle beginning with V").
