Edit in Office fails with 500 error in Firefox on OS X when Confluence is running on https

    Description

      When attempting to edit an .XLSX file in Open Office, using Firefox v14.0.1, the application launches and then fails with a 500 Internal Server Error before opening the file when Confluence is running on SSL.

      Similar behaviour can also be observed in OS X with Firefox v13.0.1 but in this instance there is no error, the application just doesn't launch and there appears to be no response at all.

      This issue does not occur when the instance is not running on SSL, (i.e. http).
