callto link works in preview but not after save

    Description

      When adding a link for callto:0049XXXXXX the link works fine in edit mode / preview but not after saving the page! so often links "tested" in edit mode must be re-edited afterwards.

      Couriuos: They are still formatted like links but you can not click on them!
