Enable skype "callto://" links in Confluence 4

      In Confluence 4, the "callto://" links that connect to Skype is not recognized as a link. However, when tested with an earlier version of Confluence, (I tried with 3.5.7) the "callto://" link works just fine.

      Hopefully this issue can be reviewed.
