Table of Contents macro - Disabling "Printable" field removes ToC from online views as well

When editing the settings on the Table of Contents macro, un-checking the "Printable" field makes the TOC invisible on the saved or previewed page. This affects our ability to render these pages as PDFs, as we need the Table of Contents for each technical manual page online but do not want it when we print our hard copies.

This is an issue in both IE9 and Chrome.
