{toc-zone}'s "printable=false" attribute incorrectly affects on-screen view in Confluence 4

When we upgraded to Confluence 4 all our toc-zone macros stopped working. We determined that if we removed "printable=false" from their parameters they worked again.

The documentation says that the "printable" parameter is only meant to affect the printer view, not the on-screen view. It seems silly to have a parameter that effectively disables all possible viewing modes for the macro.
