On a long page, hitting shift+enter on Chrome will jump your current line to the top of the viewport

      To replicate on Chrome you need a long page which scrolls beyond the current viewport.
      Edit a line somewhere in the middle of the document and press SHIFT + Enter to cause a <BR>.

      The line you are editing will jump to the top of the view port.

      The attached video shows the problem.
