See the attached video. To summarise create the following structure in Chrome -
<p>para 1</p> <p>para 2<br>line 2 of para 2</p>
Then try and backspace from the start of "para 2".
The result is this structure -
<p>para 1para2</p> <p>line 2 of para 2</p>
You would instead expect this -
<p>para 1para2<br> line 2 of para 2</p>
Which is what you get in browsers other than Chrome/Safari.
