pagetree macro occasionally fails to show pages

    • I also see this on OnDemand instance (small number of pages) as part of the documentation theme

      Appears to be performance related - on first touch and on spaces with a large number of pages. Refresh usually fixes the issue. Most noticeable on one space with 6000 pages.
