Inside the atlassian ecosystem, page title changes are transparent to the user. That is great. However, in our company, links to confluence pages have to be embedded in other types of documents, pdfs, reports etc. If a somebody changes a page title after producing a document which references the original URL, the link is broken (using a pagref or another cryptic url is not really an option for us) . Currently, the history view of a page does not show title changes which make sit hard vto find the person responsibe for the change.
