International characters in Export space

    Description

      When exporting Space to HTML, i have to firstly edit the Export Space Layout to include
      <META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8"> to the head, but even with this, the name of a page(and so filename) that contains international characters like e.g. č does not show up correctly in the zipped export. That way the links don't work in the exported space.
