Problem
By Default, means that it should not be configured to change the expected behavior.
However this trigger acts as a ENABLE/DISABLE function. If its not marked as default it does not send any notification. Even if the user has requested to receive a summary of all actions taken during the week/day.
Another point of interest
This option also ignores the user preferences. If the user has REQUESTED to receive notifications it will not send if this is disabled. If the user has NOT REQUESTED to receive such notifications it will send anyway if the Default option is enabled.
