Customers report that the recommended updates email goes to ALL LDAP users whether logged in or not

      Two customers have reported that the new recommended updates email in Confluence 4.2 goes to ALL LDAP users whether logged in or not.

            Recommended updates are also being sent to disabled users in the internal user directory. Confluence is raising errors as the email addresses are no longer valid (the users have left the company).

            I'm cloning this issue because it is still happening. I have since disabled the plugin. The users that were sent emails have never logged into confluence as they don't work at our company or have VPN access. They do however have accounts in our AD system for our other external application uses. Let me know what information or logs you need. I am on Confluence 4.2.2 as of Wednesday 05/9/2012. It would probably be best to leave this off by default, regardless if it is fixed or not.
