Confluence Page with Horizontal Rule Will Not Be Entirely Shown Using IE9 During Page Printing Resulted Only A Page Being Printed

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Access Confluence using IE9.
      2. Restore PrjPhoenix-221614-2.xml.zip into Confluence.
      3. Print Preview will show only a page when it should be more than one page. The rest of the page content can't be viewed or printed.

      Occurred only when Horizontal Rule is used in the page.
