Confluence 4 search breaks when changing the "who" in the search filter

To reproduce:

1. Do a search for "test" on eac https://skitch.com/jonsilvers/g5dxt/site-search-extranet
2. Type in a user name in the right hand boxes to filter and limit the results results https://skitch.com/jonsilvers/g5dxe/site-search-extranet
3. Now change your search query to "testing" or anything and click filter and this is what you see https://skitch.com/jonsilvers/g5dx5/site-search-extranet

The search failed to update correctly with the filters that were in place.
