Track the users that I've shared a page with in a log or other record

    • We collect Confluence feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

When I share a page with one or more users, they receive an email. But there is no record to show with whom I've shared the page or when I shared it. I would like to be able to track shares (who and when) for review purposes. Ideally, I could sort the data by date, page or user, and an administrator could track all shares for the instance.

I added OnDemand to the component list because we are hosted and wil be migrating. So I'd like this to go into that bucket as well.

            Hi Barbara,

CONF-22396 asks for the same thing so I'll link your request to it and close as a duplicate.

            Thanks,
            John
