In Chrome v16 Stable, when attempting to download an mp4 file, the "Save As" option never appears when the link is clicked.

This issue can be reproduced in Google Chrome v16 Stable only. In 17 dev, the issue appears to go away.

To workaround the issue, the user would need to right-click and select Save As on any attachment they wish to download using Chrome.
