Export to PDF doesn't show pagetree macro content

    Description

      1. Insert the pagetree macro on a page, specify any root page.
      2. expand it and confirm that all pages are being displayed
      3. Go to Tools > Export to PDF and see that the content is not displayed, anything at all.

      In addition, the PDF export seems to be limited when templates are being used on pages.
