Errors with the attachments whose name contains à or é

      I have got an error when i try to visualise or download attachments whose names contains characters like à or é. It seems that there is the same error with all characters containing a `.

      For example when i try to visualise tést.doc, i have got an error.
      And when i try to visualise the same document renamed test.doc, no errors.

      The error message is disponible as attachment.
