Improve how spaces appear in the space directory tabs Space Directory - order by category, support spaces in labels

      Add the ability to display the spaces in a category other than alphabetically. Also, add the ability to specify a label name (actual label) and a label description (how it should appear on the "tab" within the Space Directory). For instance, label "call_center" and label description "Call Center".

      This latter capability is especially useful if a customer wants to increase the discoverability of "common" spaces without having to make the users favorite them.
