I have a chunk of XML contained in the {code} macro. The first line has a bunch of namespaces defined, which makes the line wrap 7 or 8 times. The line numbering of the code macro doesn't detect this and only numbers the number of lines in the XML snippet total. This means that the last few lines have no line numbers and the line numbers for those lines that do have the wrong line numbers.
