Code Block Macro: Linenumbers change depending on window width

When using the Code Block Macro with activated line numbers, the numbering changes when the window size of the browser is reduced and the code lines are wrapped for layout purposes.

In order to be able to refer to the line numbers in the text the line numbers should never change.
