Table of Contents macro displays </h1> when heading ends with a Japanese dot character - or contains a Japanese comma character

    Description

      When you have a heading that ends with the '。' character, the text "</h1>" appears in the table of contents output.

      This appears to affect content arranged in certain combination.

      This also affects Japanese comma character, also broken when the headers are arranged in certain order.
