When Confluence is configured to serve content from a HTTPS URL, the iframe shown by the What's New dialog still uses HTTP, and will trigger warnings that some content on the page is insecure. Confluence should (wherever practical) match the HTTP/HTTPS protocol for all content it serves or hosts on the same page. In this case, it should use a HTTPS URL for the What's New dialog whenever the server is accessed via an HTTPS URL.
