Edit in Office fails in Firefox/WebDAV Launcher if file name is using multi-byte characters

      Edit in Office is broken if using Firefox when the file is using multi-byte characters, such as Japanese, Chinese or Korean.

      This is similar to CONF-16594 where the bug affected pages / spaces with international characters previously.

      To replicate, test with this file 你好吗.doc and edit in office.

      Microsoft Office will open a blank doc, while OpenOffice reports "Error reading data from the internet. Server error message: 500 Internal Server Error."

      IE works fine.
