Blog post no longer show hour and minute of creation

      I was able to test that when using Blog Post macro in Confluence 3.2.1, it shows date, hour and minute of creation,
      while in 3.4.8 it only shows the date of creation.

            This is due to the fact that the creation timestamp in the database is reused as a publishing date for the blog post. The logic around this sometimes sets the time to midnight on the publishing date, which led to unusual displays.

            We'll track this issue as CONF-22560 instead.
