Improve Confluence User / Group Picker Dialogue to include autocomplete

When performing an operation that requires entering a user / group name for whatever purpose (eg. assigning permission, mail page plugin), a user will need to enter the relevant name.

It will be nice if we can AJAX-ify the result to automatically suggest user/group names as the user types in the search box.
