Keyboard shortcut '/' not working correctly with non-US layout

      This is a copy bug report of JRA-21764:

      While using German standard keyboard layout (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:KB_Germany.svg) the keyboard shortcut '/' behaves inappropriately. The misbehaviour may vary, the bottom line is that it's not what the user would expect.

      A customer (CSP-53864 - not accessible to public) has reported that pressing '/' (on QWERTY keyboard and numeric pad) navigates to the shortcut help dialog.

            Hi Everyone

            Thanks for being so patient whilst we get this issue onto our backlog. We're now starting work on this and hope to have a solution in place shortly so keep watching this ticket for updates.

            You may have noticed that I've dropped the priority of this issue. This is to reflect the technical impact of the problem on Confluence. In the case of this issue the impact is minor as the issue does not cause confluence to crash or become unstable.

            I can confirm that it works with german keyboard layout (Confluence 5.4.3, Google Chrome 33, Windows 7 64-bit).

            We have german layout and getting the shortcuts help when pressing shift+7 -> /

            Firefox 27.0.1
            Linux Mint 13

            Same behavior with Google Chrome 33.

            Affects 5.1.1.
            I get the help panel when typing / on Chrom/Mac with german layout.
