While using German standard keyboard layout (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:KB_Germany.svg) the keyboard shortcut '/' behaves inappropriately. On Ubuntu 10.04./FF3.6.3 pressing the '/' key (SHIFT+7) navigates to the keyboard shortcuts dialog that is normally assigned to the '?' key (note: the '?' behaves correctly in the German layout). The '/' key on the numeric keypad behaves correctly. On other platforms the misbehaviour may vary (see e.g. https://support.atlassian.com/browse/JSP-60701), the bottom line is that it's not what the user would expect.
