Mailto link is lost in PDF Export

      Steps to reproduce
      1. Create a page using mailto link: 
        Please contact me at [mailto:admin@confluence.ad]
      2. Export to PDF
      3. The mailto link is lost in the PDF: mailto_conf3.4.pdf


      This was not the issue previously. The latest Confluence version this was working is 2.10.4: mailto_conf2.10.4.pdf
