Enable print of multiple pages using the documentation theme on Internet Explorer

      When using the Documentation Theme on on 3.2.1_0 with Firefox 3.6.9 I can print a WIKI page that spans multiple pages using the Firefox browsers File->Print option.

      Can you please extend this funtionality to Intenet Explorer 7.At the moment it will only print the first page.

      NOt sure if this is a bug or not - so I have registered it as an improvement
