Edit in Office fails for long path names (combination of space name and page title/breadcrumb)

      As described in WBDV-52, CONF-7830 and CONF-19919.

      Due to Windows limitation, any path name that is longer than 260 characters won't be accessible via WebDAV. The Office Connector will fail as well since it relies on WebDAV to access content in Confluence.
