Doing an automated crawl of a local instance reveals the following hard-coded links to CAC still in the product:
- http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/JIRA+Issues+Macro

- http://confluence.atlassian.com/x/QR0C
- http://confluence.atlassian.com/x/SRwC
- http://confluence.atlassian.com/x/xyAC
Manually found in Confluence Gadgets dialogue:
- http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GADGETS/Introduction+to+Atlassian+Gadgets+and+Dashboards
- http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Configuring+Confluence+Gadgets+for+Use+in+Other+Applications
They should be rewritten to use the new configurable linking design.
