Manage Watchers: Text prompt to add watcher incorrectly asks for email

      Bring up the "Manage Watchers" dialog.

      The text prompt for the Add Watchers input says:

      User name or email

      This is not correct, as entering a valid email address returns:

      The user does not exist.
