Please upgrade Tomcat used for building standalone distribution

      Although this can be fixed by upgrading to Tomcat 4.30, the problem reappears when I install a new version. Please upgrade the Tomcat version you use for building the standalong versions.
      This seem to apply to JIRA as well as Confluence.
