Doc Import stuck in loop when duplicate titles are included in the Word Document

    Description

      Using the Doc Import on a word document with the following structure seems to throw the Doc Importer into a loop:

      I. Section 1
II. Section 2
III. FAQ
I. Section 4
II. Section 5
III. FAQ

      It appears stuck here:

      This is importing with Advanced Options with the option "Rename Duplicate Titles" checked with Split in 3 levels.
