Restriction dialog is extremely slow to update, and provides no user feedback

      From Per:

      The dialog itself takes 10 seconds before it closes on update, with no user feedback. Sure, qa-eac is slow, but still strange. viewing a page does not take that long

      I can't reproduce this, the speed seems fine to me, like under a second to update. Might be related to other problems with the dialog.
