use IE8
editPage with an attachment in RTE
choose insert link menu
choose attachment tab in a pop up and click on the attachment
click OK and see the wrong alias specified

TinyMceInsertMenuTest.testInsertAttachmentOnEditPageWithExistingAttachment tests it and fails on IE8
